In doing so, the Director will champion project management best practices and manage program risks to the organization. They will be required to interface with wide ranging groups and be able to engage effectively across the organization to quickly develop trust.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity and changing circumstances. The chosen candidate will possess a learning mindset and be able to stay calm in high pressure situations and influence others to make decisions based on company needs. With a minimum of 12 years progressive experience delivering major capital projects, the Director will ‘hit the ground running’ and be able to constantly reprioritize a growing workload. They must be solution focused, motivated by delivery of results and a job well done.
