About the Opportunity

Regal Centurary Management Inc is currently looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team in Burnaby, BC. 

The Project Coordinator will join a compact project team with the primary goal of developing major projects from inception.

More specifically your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects from the planning stage, which will include design and obtaining city approvals, through to construction and completion. 
  • Preparing consultant and contractor selection documents and administering the selection process. 
  • Managing the work of consultants and contractors to maintain project progress.
  • Supervising the quality of design and construction with respect to the architectural elements in each project. 
  • Communicating effectively with all external and internal stakeholders including our international design quality control team.
  • Reporting to and providing assistance to the General Manager in managing the project teams. 

In order to qualify for this role, you will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in high rise residential design and construction, along with a degree in Architecture or Engineering. Experience in reading and handling construction drawings plus excellent skills in MS word, excel, powerpoint and outlook are essential. Knowledge of consultant and construction contracts is an asset.
