Do you want to work with a company that believes in work-life balance ‘and’ enables it? Are you looking for a smaller, values driven culture that prides itself on excellent working relationships with local First Nations and providing a supportive and safe environment for all employees? Would you like to be part of a growing team where your work matters and will make a real impact in the company’s future? Kleanza Consulting Ltd. has an unsurpassed reputation for challenging the current culture in BC archaeology and is a leader in facilitating community-based projects, engagement, and ethical practices.

We are truly a British Columbia-wide firm with offices in Terrace, Prince Rupert, Bowser (central Vancouver Island), and Vancouver. We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. This is a new role for Kleanza and although it will start as a 12-month temporary full-time position there will be a good possibility of extension or for the role to become permanent.

We would consider candidates based in Vancouver or the Lower Mainland, BC.  Applicants must have previous experience managing complex projects in an Environmental Consulting industry. Previous experience with Wrike Project Management Software is an asset but not mandatory.

Who you are…

You have an interest in actively helping to preserve BC First Nations cultural heritage. You have a positive self-starter attitude; you are a good listener and respectful of others. Helping the team and company continually improve and reach its goals is meaningful to you. You enjoy innovation and thinking outside the box. You are safety conscious and will maintain or exceed Kleanza’s safety standards. Your enthusiasm will further Kleanza’s corporate culture and vision.

What you’ll do…

Become our corporate Project Management leader. Fully leverage our PM software (Wrike) to provide a global view for managing the business and creating efficiencies for the Archaeology Project managers. Manage aspects of large and complex projects in concert with the Archaeology Project Managers and technical team. Standardize Client Project Management processes and systems to exceed service and quality expectations.

Our client base includes municipal and provincial government agencies, First Nations, forestry, mining, transportation, infrastructure, and private development. Our projects complexity results from managing person-hours across multiple sites and deliverables, typically while acting as a sub-contractor within larger projects timelines.
