Project Manager

The Project Manager is first and foremost a Leader. YOU bring clarity and eliminate chaos within the project. Project managers cultivate the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among all of a project's stakeholders: its sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and the project team members.

Experience:

Solid knowledge and application of Project Management principles and processes as per the Project Management Institute.
Strong client interaction and internal teamwork skills.
Ability to articulate project objectives, stakeholder needs and expectations for Project Managers.
Past history of demonstrated project success
(time, cost, quality and risk)
Develop and apply pertinent product and industry expertise. Project Managers should be knowledgeable enough about the business to be able to explain to others the essential business aspects of a project.
3+ years’ experience in a Project Manager position, ideally in a natural resource consultancy or organization. Demonstrated expertise in delivering all types of projects with autonomy.
Higher education in a relevant subject. Recognized qualification in Project Management desirable, such as PMP or Certificate in Project Management

The applicant should have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a curious and outgoing personality.
